Travel Creations is structured to specifically manage the needs of the business traveller, offering the highest level of service that the executive traveller requires and expects.  We have the management, resources, technology and experience to assist our clients with their travel requirements, both now and in the future.

Services include airline reservations, transfers, accommodation, car hire, travel insurance, visa applications, traveller's cheques and even overseas theatre and restaurant bookings. 

Travel Creations service does not conclude until a client's trip is completed.  Recognising that corporate travel schedules often need to be changed during a trip, each itinerary includes emergency after-hours contact details.  Business travellers may be confident that the Travel Creations consultant who arranged their trip can be contacted for support and advice whenever needed.  Follow-up calls are made on the traveller's return to check that all arrangements were suitable and satisfactory.

American Express Worldwide Customer Care offers our clients assistance at over 1,700 travel locations in more than 130 countries. American Express and Network offices provide key services such as reconfirmation of airline tickets, sightseeing arrangements, hotel and car rental reservations and airline flight rescheduling.

The Global Distribution System, Galileo (providing the automated ability to book all air, hotel and cars etc. anywhere in the world) also allows American Express Network offices to be electronically linked to each other and provides access to the American Express fares desk. The Galileo mid to back office accounting and client management system, fully interfacing to Galileo is CrossCheck Travel. Cross Check Travel is a powerful reporting solution providing a comprehensive range of management reports including hotel and car tracking and airfare savings reports.

The American Express Worldwide Select Hotel Program is the most comprehensive Hotel Corporate Rate program within the travel industry. The select rates provide discounts of up to 53% off the normal corporate rates offered buy hotels. Additional benefits at Select Hotels can include breakfasts, priority upgrades, early check in or late check out and airport shuttle transfers.
