The Travel Creations people are a hand-picked dedicated team of experienced travel professionals.  Fully qualified and trained in the complexities of the travel industry, our learning experience is never ending and our knowledge increases daily. Our consultant's care and dedication ensure that clients receive high-level advice and the most time and cost-effective travel schedules possible.

Our travel consultants are supported by our efficient administration team who provide the same high standards of service with accounting management information, reporting and financial management to our clients.

Financial accountability is ensured through a comprehensive accounting system which records every details for client accounts.  Client Management Reporting is provided in detail on a monthly basis.

Maria Theodosatos (Managing Director)

Maria Theodosatos joined the travel industry in 1971 after having lived in Athens, Greece, between 1962-1966. Maria  attended the American College in Athens and during summer vacations she travelled within Europe and Greece.

Upon returning to Australia, Maria completed her education at Kambala, Rose Bay and enrolled in a travel school  which enabled her to secure a position with Dalgety Travel.  Specialising in special interest tours, Dalgety Travel provided Maria with the opportunity to plan and escort tours to many destinations.

Maria joined American Express Travel in 1974 where she worked in the special group tours unit and specialised in consulting for the then very popular Europe Book or "the red book" as it was better known.  Working as a full time and part time consultant until 1991, Maria then accepted the position of Manager, Sydney retail office.

Over the years at American Express, Maria gained extensive knowledge of the business both from a client perspective and a business perspective, particularly in relation to American Express card, foreign exchange, leisure and corporate travel, groups and her speciality, cruising.  Maria has undertaken lengthy cruise training as required by the International Cruise Council of Australia and recently completed her Cruise Masters.

Maria formed a partnership with Roslyn Hakim in December 2000, as Joint Managing Director.  Their decision to become a American Express Network office was based on Maria's strong affiliation with American Express and the American Express Blue Box ethical values.  Maria's focus is on complete client satisfaction and the delivery of exceptional customer service.  
  

Lucy Vieira (Senior Travel Consultant)

Lucy Vieira has worked in the travel industry since the early 80's and has spent most of her consulting years with American Express Travel, Sydney Retail office. (since 1989). Over the years at American Express Lucy has undergone a series of customer service training and management courses. For the past 10 years of her 15 years with American Express. Lucy was team leader to the company's largest retail office.  She has travelled extensively, achieved many awards  and has a long standing customer following.  Lucy has recently joined Travel Creations where she brings all her skills in delivering exceptional customer service. 
 

Heather Del Vecchio (Travel Consultant)

Heather began her career with Qantas Airways in London back in 1978 as a receptionist/ticket officer. On her return to Australia in 1981 she continued her career with Qantas in international reservations/sales dealing with both the travel agents and the public and eventually was posted at the international airport in the Qantas Club Lounge. Heather left Qantas 20 years later and joined Travel Creations working as a travel consultant. Heather brings with her a great deal of valuable experience in dealing with clients and her customer service ethic is indeed a huge asset to the business. Heather has experience in international cruising and has also completed her cruise accreditation.
