CONSULTANCY FEES EFFECTIVE JULY 01, 2007

Travel Creations, incorporating Cruise Creations, wishes to maintain our professional staff and our quality of service so that the advice and practical assistance to you is of the highest value.  Therefore we reserve the right to apply the following per person consultancy fees in addition to the fees applied by the various airlines, cruise companies and travel operators,

Itinerary Planning/Booking deposit $100.00 per person
Consultation, preparation of Itinerary and/or written quote redeemable on booking

Reservations & ticket issues
International Tickets $100.00 per person
Domestic Tickets $50.00 per person
Hotels and car hire $50.00 per person

Frequent Flyer Bookings - International Travel $100.00 per person

Amendment and/or reissues
International Bookings $75.00 per transaction
Domestic Bookings $55.00 per transaction

Credit Card payments – a merchant fee will apply to these transactions

Visa & Passport handling $50.00 per person*
*Consulate fee and courier costs are additional.

Cancellation Fees
Prior to document issue $150.00 per person
After documents are issued $200.00 per person

Supplier/airline refund processing fee $50.00 per person
Insurance claim processing fee $100.00 per person

Responsibility Clause
All coupons, receipts and tickets are issued subject in the terms and conditions specified by the suppliers.
Copies of tickets/file documents requested after travel completion will incur a processing fee.

Reservation Deposit/Cancellation
The Reservation deposit is paid at the time the reservation is requested and is in addition to any deposit fees charged by the tour operator/airline or other travel supplier. The reservation deposit is non-refundable. When your booking is finalised the Reservation deposit will be credited against the final amount payable. If you do not proceed with or subsequently cancel the booking the Reservation deposit is non-refundable and is in addition to cancellation fees imposed by travel principals.

Insurance
We will ask you to sign a declaration if you do not accept our recommendation that you obtain travel insurance, Travel insurance provides cover when the premium is paid and the policy issued, and should be taken out as soon as any deposit or payment is made.

Refunds
No cash refunds will be made. Refunds are subject to airline and operator terms and conditions and may take a minimum of 6 to 8 weeks to be processed.

Courier Costs
All courier fees are payable by the client.
